I ordered these for my husband for Valentine's Day. It was a very pretty arrangement and was impressed that they were able to get it to him same day delivery without an extra delivery charge. The card was handwritten, which was nice (though it got a little smudged). The only real complaints I have are that the arrangement he received wasn't like the one pictured - there was no heart in the arrangement as I thought there would be - and that he did not receive the balloon that I paid for. I would use this florist again as I did think they did a nice job considering, but next time will give a little more lead time since I think my last minute order may be why it did not come quite as expected.
